From the Miami Heat to Spartanburg small businesses — the through line has always been storytelling.
Brittany Lue-Choy grew up in Miami, FL — the youngest of three in a family that always made room for her to be loud, creative, and a little extra. After training in dance for 13 years and discovering broadcast journalism at the University of Central Florida, she found the thing that tied it all together: the ability to tell a story that moves people to act.
She turned down news station job offers to bet on herself — freelancing across South Florida, creating content for businesses, entertainment companies, and churches. That bet led her to the Miami Heat, where she spent five years as a dancer and co-captain, performed as the in-arena host, and appeared in music videos alongside artists like J Balvin, Major Lazer, and Daddy Yankee. Every role sharpened the same skill set: know your audience, craft your message, and show up with presence.
In 2020, while the world paused, Brittany launched her first business — Britt's Sips, a fresh-pressed juice brand she built and distributed nationally from scratch. Two years later, she launched her consulting practice, bringing that same founder's instinct to the businesses she serves. She's since partnered with nearly 20 businesses and nonprofits — growing clientele by 22%, building social media departments from zero, and handling the kind of behind-the-scenes work that most business owners dread.
Today, Brittany is based in Spartanburg, SC — and she's here on purpose. The Upstate has the same energy she fell in love with in Miami: hardworking people building real things, rooted in community. In Lue Co. exists to serve those businesses — stepping in as the brand, media, and operations partner that most small businesses never thought they could access.
